Most of our work is asphalt shingle roof replacement and roof repair on homes and commercial buildings in and around Sewickley. The valley's older houses also bring slate, copper and standing seam metal onto the truck, and we handle those in kind rather than talking you into a tear-off.
Every job starts with a free inspection on the roof and in the attic. You get photos of what we found and a written, line-item scope before anyone climbs a ladder. If a repair solves it, that's what we recommend.
When the work is done, our 10-year workmanship warranty goes in writing. It covers our labor. Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate, and we'll show you exactly what yours covers before you pick a product.
